J Covington Housing was established in 2019 by our founder Jazmyn Covington, a woman on a mission to address the pressing need for supportive, short term housing solutions that help people successfully reintegrate into society. 

Our Goal

By partnering with community organizations and professionals, we strive to create a holistic support system that addresses each individual’s unique needs. Our goal is to help our residents transition seamlessly to a secure and thriving future, ensuring they have the confidence and capabilities to build a better life.​

Our housing sites serve as a critical stopover for individuals facing challenges such as rehabilitation from crisis situations, job loss, and eviction. By providing an affordable and structured environment to assist individuals with regaining their footing and fostering a sense of community and belonging, which are essential ​for rebuilding confidence and achieving self-sufficiency.
